New Year, New Site

Although a week delayed, let me still greet all of you a very Happy New Year!

For most people, the start of the year signifies a fresh start, a new beginning, a change. We’re no different. In case you haven’t noticed, we have a brand spanking new site! Welcome, welcome! As Michelle mentioned, it is still a work in progress, but do take a moment to browse around and familiarize yourself with the site. And please keep checking back because we will be updating regularly.

Setting aside change, I’m personally thankful for one constant, and that’s you, our CEAs. It is truly a privilege working with you, special mention to those I’ve known way back in 2006! Thank you so much for your loyalty and your support.

Our new home

I would like to welcome all of you to our new home online! It took us nearly 2 years to finally move to our satisfind.com domain, and find the best people to work with for our website’s new look! In the process, we also moved SatisFIND’s offline home in the Philippines (our office!) to a new location.

We’ve always wanted a website which is interactive, a “home” where our Customer Experience Advocates (shoppers) can exchange ideas and stories with us. So to our dear shoppers, all the hard work behind this website is for you. Your passion for mystery shopping and customer service, not just keep us in business :) , but more importantly, keep all of us at SatisFIND inspired everyday to stay committed to the important work that we do – - – which is bringing businesses and customers closer together through the feedback you give.

SatisFIND started in 2005 out of an idea, a “what if”. There were struggles at the beginning, of course, just like any other business start-up —  that story I will reserve for another post. But what I want to share with you is that, the secret behind SatisFIND’s staying power is no secret at all. We just love what we do every single day. We love our CEAs/Shoppers, we love our clients, and no matter how difficult some days can be, it’s all about LOVE (yes, bring on the cheese!). So please consider this website as your home too, if you have any ideas and suggestions, please feel free to email them at thirdeye@satisfind.com. The website is still a work-in-progress though, so we ask for your patience. We promise to make it great!
