Terms of Service

Effective date: 7 October 2026

These terms govern your use of satisfind.com, app.satisfind.com and the satisFIND platform (the "Service"). The Service is provided by SATISFIND PTE. LTD. (UEN 201322807R), 21 Tan Quee Lan Street, #02-04 Heritage Place, Singapore 188108 ("satisFIND", "we", "us"), with support from our affiliate SatisFIND Technology Private Limited in India. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

1. Who these terms cover

If a client signs an order form or contract with us, it forms part of these terms and prevails where they conflict.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18. Give accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for your authorised users.

3. Fees, billing and renewal (clients)

4. Client data

You own the data you or your customers put into the Service, including survey responses and mystery-shopping reports ("Client Data"). You give us the right to host and process it only to provide and support the Service, and as set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which we will sign on request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consents needed to collect Client Data. We may use anonymised and aggregated data that does not identify you or any person to improve the Service and publish benchmarks. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Rules for satisFINDERS

6. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully; upload malware; probe or bypass security; scrape or copy the Service without permission; resell access without our written consent; submit false or abusive content; harass or discriminate against anyone; or use the Service to collect personal data unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, its software, content, and the satisFIND and Trust Experience Management trademarks. We give clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during their subscription. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential, uses it only for the Service, and protects it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and improve or change features. Any service level or support commitment applies only if it is written in your order form.

10. Third-party tools and links

The Service may link to or work with third-party tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Your use is subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and website content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. Insights and scores are decision support, and we do not guarantee any business result.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

13. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your Client Data, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Term and termination

These terms last while you use the Service. You may stop at any time and cancel your subscription as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, put the Service at risk, or stop paying. After a client account ends, you can export Client Data for 30 days, and we then delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive, such as payment, confidentiality, IP, liability and governing law, continue after termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep any mandatory rights they have in their country of residence.
